4-cavity PVC 90 Degree Female Threaded Elbow Mold
This is a 4-cavity 90 degree threaded elbow mold. Both ends of the 90-degree elbow are female threads.
So we designed 3 sets of automatic unscrewing thread mechanisms on this 90 degree elbow mola.
According to the mold parting design, one set of automatic unscrewing thread mechanisms is designed on the left and
right sides of the mold.Each mechanism controls the separation of two thread cores fromthe product. There is also an
automatic unscrewing thread mechanism under the mold. This mold mechanism controls the separation of the 4
longitudinal thread cores from the product.

90 Degree Female Threaded Elbow Mold Structure
This set of 90 degree female threaded elbow mold has 3 design highlights.
NO.1: The "step-by-step" slider guide groove is that the sliders on both sides move in two steps.
NO.2: The automatic unscrewing thread mechanism on the side of the mold loosens the threaded core on the side to
separate it from the product
NO.3: The automatic unscrewing thread mechanism under the mold uses a planetary gear structure to control the 4
threaded cores.
90 Degree Female Threaded Elbow Mold Mechanism Demonstration
As shown in the video on the right. The movement process of this set of 90 degree female threaded elbow mold is
divided into 4 steps.
Step 1: During the opening of the mold, the sliders on both sides of the movable mold are affected by the guide
groove and retreat a short distance to leave space for the threaded core.
Step 2: The unscrewing threaded mechanism on both sides is started to separate the threaded core from the product.
Step 3: Affected by the guide groove, the slider groups on both sides of the mold retreat again to pull out the entire
core.
Step 4: The automatic unscrwing thread mechanism at the bottom is started to drive the 4 cores in the vertical
direction to separate from the product.
