HQMR-S10D Four-ball Wear friction testing machine
Mainly produces four-ball friction testing machine series, end-face wear testing machine series, ring block friction and wear testing machine series, long-term friction and wear testing machine series, sliding bearing friction and wear testing machine series, as well as friction and wear with special functions such as high temperature, vacuum, corrosion, etc. The testing machine has a total of more than 30 specifications and varieties, which can effectively simulate the friction pair forms such as point, line, and surface, and realize the rolling, sliding, rolling, intermittent, reciprocating, compound and other motion forms of the friction pair counterpart. Widely used in petrochemical industry, colleges and universities and various professional fields of tribology.
I. Main purpose and scope of application
The machine is mainly in the form of sliding friction to evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricants under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. Including the maximum non-seize load PB, sintering load PD, comprehensive wear value ZMZ and other three indicators. The machine can also do long-term anti-wear test of lubricants, measure friction coefficient, record friction force and temperature curve.

III.working conditions
a) The room temperature is in the range of 10~35ºC;
b) The relative humidity is not more than 80%;
c) There is no vibration around, no corrosive medium and no strong electromagnetic field interference;
d) The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage, the fluctuation range of the frequency should not exceed 2% of the rated frequency, and the unbalanced voltage of the three-phase voltage should not exceed 10V;
e) Correctly installed on a solid foundation, the levelness does not exceed 0.2/1000.

4.1. The main engine of the testing machine is composed of a machine base, a main shaft drive, an oil cylinder piston force application system, a hydraulic station, and an electrical control cabinet.

V.Measurement and control system and test software use function
(1) Implement the national standard GB/T12583-1998 (Determination of extreme pressure performance of lubricants), ZB E 34007-87 (Four-ball anti-wear test method) and other test methods; (provide standard)
(2) Friction force, peak value and load, the accuracy is ±1% of the starting value at 20% of each range, and can be automatically calibrated (manual calibration);
(3) Real-time display of motor revolutions (speed) and test duration;
(4) With multiple protection functions: friction, load, motor revolutions, etc.;
(5) Real-time recording of friction-time and load-time test curves, high-speed sampling;
(6) The variable structure PID control algorithm is used to adjust the loading process, the constant velocity control error is less than or equal to 5%, and the pressure holding control error is less than or equal to 0.5%;
(7) When the test force is greater than a certain upper limit, the system will automatically enter the overload protection, and take certain measures in time to ensure the safety of the testing machine;
(8) The test data adopts the data file management method, which can save all test data and curves, and print the test report format to meet the requirements of the national standard.
