1) High-Precision Spiral Surface Machining
The core performance of the stirring screw shaft depends on the shape accuracy and surface quality of the spiral blades. 2) Excellent Dynamic Balance and Straightness Control
During high-speed rotation, any mass eccentricity of the stirring helical shaft will cause severe vibration, accelerating bearing wear and affecting mixing efficiency. We strictly implement dynamic balancing testing and correction to ensure that the residual imbalance of the shaft meets G6.3 or higher standards. Simultaneously, precision external cylindrical grinding and straightening processes ensure that the straightness of the main shaft is better than 0.05mm/m, effectively reducing operating noise and extending the life of bearings and seals.
3) Reliable Corrosion and Wear Resistance
Depending on the characteristics of different media, we offer a variety of materials and protection solutions: 304 stainless steel is suitable for general weakly corrosive media; 316L and 2205 duplex steel have excellent resistance to chloride corrosion and are suitable for seawater; carbon steel and alloy steel surfaces can be coated with ceramic or lined with rubber to significantly improve wear resistance.
