The medium-temperature compound needled felt series filter bags are widely used as filtering materials in the industrial dust removal field. Specifically designed to adapt to medium-temperature working conditions of 120ºC-200ºC, they are made by compounding multiple high-performance fibre materials and undergoing special technological treatments. These filter bags feature high filtration efficiency, stable temperature resistance, and excellent mechanical strength, making them suitable for the purification of various industrial flue gases and dust.
I. Core Characteristics

- Polyester fibres provide good wear resistance and mechanical strength.
- Acrylic fibres enhance acid resistance and temperature resistance.
- A small amount of high-performance fibres (such as aramid) can improve anti-aging properties and extend service life.
II. Differences from Other Filter Bags
- Compared with normal-temperature filter bags (such as pure polyester needled felt), they have a higher upper temperature resistance limit, can adapt to medium-temperature flue gases, and avoid filter bag melting or aging caused by high temperatures.
- Compared with high-temperature filter bags (such as PPS, PTFE needled felt), They have lower costs, are suitable for scenarios where the temperature does not meet high-temperature standards, and have better cost performance.
