GORVIA ITEM-W10 is a single-component, moisture-curing, winter-grade polyurethane sealant designed for low-temperature applications (≥10°C). It is also suitable for bonding, fixing, sound insulation, thermal insulation, sealing, moisture-proofing, dust-proofing, gas barrier applications, filling structural voids, construction gaps, and sealing cracks. It exhibits good adhesion to most substrates (excluding PTFE, PE, PP).

Application
1.Door and window installation: Caulking, sealing, and fixed bonding between doors, windows and walls. Advertising models: production of models and sand tables, repair of display panels.
2.Sound insulation and silencing: Filling the gaps during decoration of speech rooms, broadcasting studios, etc. can play a role in sound insulation and silencing.
3.Gardening and landscaping: flower arrangement and gardening and landscaping, light and beautiful.
4.Routine maintenance: repair of holes, gaps, wall tiles, floor tiles, and floors.
5.Waterproofing and plugging: repairing and plugging leaks in water pipes, sewers, etc.
6.Packaging and transportation: It can conveniently package valuable and fragile goods, saving time and speed, and is earthquake-resistant and pressure-resistant.
Method of Application
1.Place foam cans in a warm room or warm water to warm up to 5℃ if the can temperature is too low.
2.Clean and pre-moisten surface before using it. Wet the substrate with warm water below 0°C to prevent the construction surface from freezing.
3.Shake can to intensively mix material before using it. Turn the can upside down and install it on the PU foam gun adapter, turn regulating valve to adjust the flow or install nozzle on valve.
4.Construction. Vertically fill gaps from the bottom, fill the foam about two-thirds of the space.
5.Foam starts curing in 10 minutes. Wait for one hour before doing next step.
6.Please clean the adaptor with PU foam cleaner before replace a new PU foam and do the replacement as soon as possible.
7.Please clean the PU foam gun thoroughly with PU foam cleaner immediately after application finish.
8. The cured PU foam is not resistant to UV-rays. Therefore, other coatings (such as cement mortar) or sealant should be used to protect the foam surface.
