Compared with RYG model types, This series is a senior machine with Front Axle driven, which have better road holding and friction force while driving with loads. 1. Front driving,rough terrain wheels,can walk on bad situation road.Strong power, steady lifting and lowering.
2. Intelgent control system ,DC24V reliable actuators for lifting, extension and tilting.
3. Japan Panasonic sensor and Taiwan Airtac pneumatic controller system, no external air source is required.
4. Dual Vacuum System. One for normal operation and the other as spare system.
5. High quality vacuum pump,hydraulic pump,as well as maintenance-free battery.
6. Equipped with pressure auto maintaining system, even if power fails, pressure remains,safer to use.
7. Independent Air Inlets. Each suction cup can be disabled individually if not all are needed.
8. With side shift function for easier installing,without driving the machine.(50+50mm)
9. Integrated control system secures quick and automatic operating.
10. Competitive price, staff saving and strong improvement of working environment.
Standard Movements:
1.Moving control: powered moving, speed control by manual roller sensibly
2.Lifting control: with a hydraulic ram, use the push rod to control the hand-operated valve.
3.Extension control: with a hydraulic ram, use the push rod to control the hand-operated valve. maximum extension distance 750mm, maximum extension distance from the front wheel to the suction pads was 915mm( the ram in the horizontal position)
4.Tilting control: with a hydraulic ram, use the push rod to control the hand-operated valve, the maximum tilting degree near to 180 degree, which can tilt the frame down and up to horizontal position
5.Side-shift: with a hydraulic ram, use the push rod to control the hand-operated valve, 50mm for both sides, totally 100mm
6.Side turning control: By manual, with a spring lock for positioning, the maximum rotation was 180 degree, 90 degrees for both sides.(Automatic Side Turning for optional)
7.Rotation control: By manual, with a spring lock for positioning, the maximum rotation was 360 degree. Electrical rotation for optional.(Automatic Rotating for optional)
8. Suction and Releasing by wired remote control (Wireless Remote Control for optional)
