Introduction
Sinopecs F231S is a premium C6 LLDPE film grade produced by Sinopecs Tianjin / the Tianjin Nangang ethylene project. It is based on a 1- h exene comonomer platform and is positioned for film applications requiring a stronger balance of toughness, tensile performance, puncture resistance, heat sealing, clarity and stable extrusion than conventional general-purpose C4 / 1-butene LLDPE grades. QL POLYMER supplies Sinopecs F231S for international film converters and can support grade matching, COA/TDS review and shipment coordination.
Current commercial technical descriptions identify F231S for stretch and pallet wrap, high-strength packaging film and other demanding PE film structures. AOWATT describes the grade as providing high tensile strength, high and uniform shrinkage, excellent heat-seal performance and good transparency. A current Sinopecs Tianjin quality certificate supplied for this product confirms a low-MFR film-grade specification with density around 0.921 g/cm³, high elongation and controlled fisheye/haze levels.
