Technological Advantages
1. Adopting the pressure swing adsorption double towers adsorption process;
2. The pressure vessel adsorption tank is subject to supervision by the inspection department within its service life, making equipment use more reassuring;
3. Automatic gas production venting control process, unqualified oxygen is automatically vented, and qualified oxygen can only enter the pipeline for use, ensuring oxygen safety;
4. Add oxygen pressurization and storage function according to gas demand, ensuring that oxygen can be output within the range of 0.3-0.7MPa, and ensuring the pressure requirements of each gas consumption point.
Design Advantages
1. The adsorption tank adopts a straight tube design, which can pack the molecular sieve bed more tightly and increase the utilization rate of molecular sieve;
2. The bottom of the adsorption tower adopts a backwash type diffusion inlet structure, which can fully diffuse compressed air, improve the utilization rate of molecules, reduce the wear of molecular sieves, and extend the service life of molecular sieves;
3. Self operated mechanical compression design can maximize the compactness of the molecular sieve bed layer, making it less prone to pulverization during equipment use and extending the service life of the molecular sieve;
4. Unqualified oxygen reflux technology can effectively utilize the gas source, reduce gas source loss, improve oxygen production rate, and reduce compressor energy consumption;
5. The unique upper to lower pressure distribution structure improves oxygen production efficiency and reduces air consumption ratio;
6. Integrating air buffer tanks and oxygen buffer tanks on the oxygen concentrator platform. The equipment is simple, beautiful, and easy to install.

Operation Advantages
1. BROTIE Control System is remote control system with upgraded version based on on-site centralized control. It can display important information such as device operation status and fault alarms through wireless networks, and remotely monitor and operate through mobile programs;

After sales personnel can quickly understand the operating status and fault information of the equipment, and make judgments on equipment faults in a timely manner, eliminating the need for communication with on-site personnel and eliminating faults as quickly as possible to ensure oxygen supply;
3. Fully automatic intelligent control eliminates tedious operational processes.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. The compressed air is then stored in the air buffer tank integrated in the oxygen generator for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at higher than 93% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen purity is continuously monitored by oxygen analyzer. The pressure in the oxygen buffer tank is approximate 4.5bar, it can be adjustable from 0.1bar to 4.5bar by the pressure regulator. Optional BROTIE totally oil-free oxygen compressor will increase the outlet oxygen pressure to 150bar for cylinder filling purpose.
Touch-screen BRO-CONTROL control, display and alarm system makes all the generation system to be operated by one touch. BRO-CONTROL displays working parameters, reminds filter elements replacing and instructs trouble shooting. It enables remote control.

- The prices are based on power supply 380V, 50Hz. If the power supply is different, the air compressor and dryer prices will increase 20%.
- To show our interest in cooperation, one package of emergency spare parts for BROTIE oxygen compressor will be provided for free as a gift with our compressor.
- Payment Term:Receiving 50% of the total, project start, the 50% balance should be paid before delivery.
