TSS Sand Dewatering Screen
TSS Dewatering Screen, also known as high-frequency vibrating screen, is a vibration dehydration equipment designed for fine particle materials. It changes the surface tension of the ore pulp through excitation force, allowing the pulp water to pass through the screen mesh and become the under-screen material, while the fine particles are blocked by the screen mesh to form a filter cake that is moved forward and discharged due to the vibration force.
Forui TSS series Dewatering Screen
The screen is made of spring steel wire or polyurethane mesh. The mesh size can be customized, and the screen is available in single and double layers to meet different screening requirements.
The TSS dewatering screen is mainly used for the dehydration of concentrate and tailings in the mining industry, coal slurry dehydration in coal preparation plants, water-washed quartz sand dehydration, ceramic slurry dehydration, as well as dry and wet classification and dehydration of medium-fine particle materials in the chemical industry, and sludge dewatering in the environmental protection industry.
With a high-frequency vibration mechanism, the TSS dewatering screen excels in processing fine particle materials.
The high-frequency dehydration screen utilizes two specially designed high-frequency, low-amplitude vibrating motors that move in opposite directions. The excitation forces in the same direction are superimposed, while those in the opposite direction cancel each other out, forming a single directional excitation force along the vibration direction. This drives the screen body to perform linear reciprocating motion, thereby removing excess moisture from the material surface
