Product Description
1: This machine is composed by feeder, printer, slotter, die cutter, stacker five components.
2: Feeder has lead edge feeder or kick feeder.
3: Equipped with high-pressure vacuuming device, can sweep off scraps of paper and impurities on the printing face of cardboard.
4: Transmission gear use good quality alloy steel, after carburizing and quenching, use spray lubrication and oil way balance system.
5: Use spray lubrication and oil line balanced system.
6: Use PLC touch screen multifunction controller. Host machine, fan, phase motor and so on are all using frequency conversion control.
7: Slotting unit is electric adjusting each part sizes of the carton box.
8: Stacker unit front pneumatic go up and down, back photoelectric tracking, auto going up.
Feeding Unit:
1: Lead edge feeder:
1) Four-line types lead edge feeder, feeding stable and accuracy.
2) Left and right side baffle, front baffle electric moving, And set with uniform cardboard function.
3) Feeding rubber roller use elastic floating institutions, reduce the damage of feeding roller to the cardboard.
4) Equipped with skip cardboard feeding function. Counter shows the production quantity, Speed counter show the producing speed.
5) with brush dedusting high-pressure vacuuming device, can clear the impurities on the cardboard, improve the printing quality.
6) Electric control the back cardboard supporting bracket high-low and moved forward and backward.
Kick feeder:
1) Kick type suction feeder systems, can adjusting the air quantity according to the cardboard bending degree.
2) Side baffle, kick cardboard, back baffle station electric adjusting, and set with uniform cardboard function.
3) Cardboard feeding slider, kick cardboard use aluminium alloy material, rolling bearing movement, light weight, low noise, no-impact and so on.
Printing unit:
1) Use plate-hanging organization. Load and unload the printing plate can use foot switch or electric control positive and negative rotating.
2) Equipped with air pressure type auto go up and down device cooperating with feeding system(Feeding, Anilox roller go down to touch the printing plate, stop feeding, Anilox roller go up and separate with the printing plate).
3) Printing phase use frequency converter, touch screen control and electric digital 360 degrees adjusting(running and stopping are both adjustable).
4) Printing roller axial electric moving, left and right adjusting distance are ± 7mm.
5) Transmission roller, printing & pressing roller, rubber roller, Anilox roller, distance adjusting use self-locking organization.
