Changsha 3usmart technology Co., Ltd, estabished in may of 2010, is a high-tech enterprise, which is supplemented by the technology ability of national university of defence technology, central south university and harbin institute of technology. Its predecessor is institute of Shanghai 3usmart technology Co., Ltd.

The company has solid technical background, strong technological development and innovation capacity, with 22 technicians and a developmental team: 1 post doctorate, 4 doctor and 5 postgraduate.
