II) Available for supply from the Ivory Coast: 1-Teak 2-Iroko / Odum 3-African Mahogany 4. Others will become available.
4. The timber is either Air dried (AD) or Kiln dried (KD). If not stipulated it is assumed AD.
5. Quantities: We are able to ship out per month up to 3000 m³ Per month of Teak and Iroko, and 500 m³ Per month of African Mahogany, the other varieties 500 to 2000 m³ Per month depending on essence.
6. Shipment is by container with loads of 16 m³ Per 20FT container and 35 m³ Per 40FT container; Destination worldwide; Free on Board (FOB), Carriage Paid to (CPT) / CFR or Carriage Insurance Paid to (CIP) / CIF.
7. Our payment terms are through letters of credit on FOB, CPT/CFR or CIP/CIF prices, Payment terms: By irrevocable, confirmed letter of credit, payable 100% at sight, transferable, negotiable at Lloyds bank UK, partial shipment allowed, third party documents acceptable, documents presentable up to 25 days after shipping date. Letter of Credit pre-advice to be sent to seller′s address in hard copy.
8. For ongoing orders, we may request a stand-by letter of credit, or other mutually agreed arrangement.
