ALE brewhouse system technology and design advantages:
* A variety of mashing systems, customize design, can achieve multi-stage mashing.
* High-efficiency dimple jacket heat transfer technology, the application of scientific steam turbulence principle to achieve maximum heat transfer, energy saving effect is obvious.
*The thickness of the jacket is 1.5mm. The cylinder and bottom of the cone are covered with a jacket to ensure the heat exchange area.
*Using polyurethane or rock wool insulation, the surface temperature of the equipment is nearly the same as room temperature.
* Pipes, fittings and valves between the equipments are connected by sanitary quick-connecting parts, which are convenient for disassembly, assembly, movement and modification.
* Stirring and cultivating cutters can be equipped with frequency converters to meet the needs of customers' mixing speed and protect motors and rakes.
* Self-filtering and pump frequency conversion filtration, effectively solve the problems of tight wheat, agglomeration, and turbid wort.

*The inner tank thickness is usually 3mm, the outer casing 2mm, polyurethane insulation layer, thickness 80 or 100mm;
*The outside of the inner tank is designed with cooling jacket. The cooling area is determined according to the size of the fermenter. Generally, the cylinder and the cone are belted. The cylinder part can be divided into two sections or even multiple sections according to the size of the fermenter;
* Fermentation tank with a titanium rod can be used as fermenter and bright beer tank;
*The size of the fermenter can be customized according to the customer's site;
*The outer tank is usually made of stainless steel wire drawing board, can also be made of fish scale board, or mirror polished;
*Supported valves: breathing valve, hop add port, escalator mounting ear, cleaning ball, mechanical pressure regulating valve, sampling valve, stainless steel pressure gauge, wine valve, drain valve, thermometer, etc.
