EM Certificate: "we know what we did, we prove what we did". Produce moulds in three classes which are AAA, AA and A. Class A is the level of client requirement but we could provide more than that in class AA and AAA.

EM Standardization: We treasure experience and international grades that we make tools by own innovative guide-book in world-class standard.

International Tracking Platform: We provide automate internet based system can tracking tooling and production status in real time from client′s own platform.

ESI Report: Ideal tool structure proposed before start-up make tools. Example in gates point suggestion, draft checked with split parting line, mould flow, etc.

Mould Manual: We are experienced in export mould that submitted principal data inside mould manual.

CpK and FAI: In-house injection mould qualification. Process capabilities analysis for mould trials and trial production pilots.

Our manufacturing plant in China included moulding, spray painting, pad printing, silk screen, hot stamping, plastic assembling lines, also high-frequency and ultrasonic welding facility to operate in assembles and packaging. We are having automation production workshop operating in clean room environments which is automatic central feeding system, equipped robotic arms for those injection machines, and conveyor belt transporting parts direct to seal packing room.
