Binzhou Double Peaks Graphite Sealing Material Co., Ltd, was built in 1972, who lie in Yellow River Delta-Binzhou City. The occupied area is 63500 square meters.
In order to improve the management and production quality, DP company have gotten the ISO9002 Quality Management System Certificate. The company′s technology and equipment was main introduced from Japan and Europe. We introduced the producing line of graphite foil. At present, there are four flexible graphite foil producing line in DP company. The annual capacity of graphite foil is 2000 tons. Following our technical improvement, the width of the graphite foil we made has reached 1500mm, and the length has reached the 910meter. We also adopt the moving spot test the density instead of the fixedly spot test in the new producing line, it make the density of the graphite foil more equal. Now the graphite foil from DP have completely meet the requirement of international market. The several year, we have developed some new types graphite foil, such as graphite foil for nuclear power, Anti-oxidizing graphite foil, corrosion inhibitor graphite foil. Now 70% graphite foil has been exported to other country, such as Japan, India, USA and Europe. Of course, we are exporting part of graphite foil to Korea.
At the same time, DP company also imported the machine of spiral gasket and graphite ring.
