Hangzhou Jiaxiang High Strength Bolts Co., Ltd. In Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China specializes in the production of all kinds of high strength fasteners, with the annual production capacity of 60, 000 tons. Our products are in conformity with GB, ISO, DIN, AS, ANSL (IFI) and BS standards, and are mainly applied to mechanical equipment, architectural steel structures, vessels, bridges, roads, wind power and oil pipelines. Our products are exported to Europe, Australia, North America and Southeast Asia. The product quality is highly praised by overseas customers.
Our company covers an area of 20, 000 square meters with about 300 staff members at present. After more than ten years′ unswerving efforts, we have formed an integrated process flow and introduced a series of facilities for raw material processing, mold manufacturing, product processing, heat treatment, surface treatment and packaging. We possess domestic-advanced production and inspection equipment with 30 units of multi-stage cold headers, 6 sets of continuous carburizing quenching furnaces and more than 36 units (sets) of hot forging special equipment.
Based firmly on ISO9001 quality system standards, our company operates each link form raw material processing to production in strict accordance with the procedures and boasts excellent inspectors and perfect testing equipment, conducting effective control on the production process to ensure product quality. We successfully passed ISO9001: 2000 Quality System Certification and became a First-Class National Enterprise for Export in 2003.
