Double Feather is one the most professional manufacturers of full-scale enameled CCA (copper clad aluminum) wire in China with the complete set of CCA cladding, drawing, and painting production lines. Since the inception, all staff members have been complying with the spirit of "quality leadership, increasing excellence and being market-oriented" and we have made joint efforts to provide customers with quality enameled CCA wires and winning their trusts.
Currently, our principal products are CCA wires, enameled CCA wires, enameled aluminum wires, enameled copper wires with specifications ranging 0.035mm - 5.00mm. Insulating main paints are QA/UEW, QZ/PEW, QZN/PEWN, QAN/UEWN, QZN/PEWN, QZY/EIW-180, QZY-XY/EI-AIW-200 and QXY/AIW-220.
With good performances, the product quality characteristics are in compliance with the industrial standard of SJ/T11223-2000, national standard of GB6109.1-11-90, IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard, UL standard and ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System standard. Our products are welcomed by customers in demestic and abroad. We export about 6000 tons each year.
