The non cutting sprue PE hot runner designs used frequently abroad were applied to the design of our cap mould hot runners. The spring type electric heating ring & beryllium copper wire ∈dividual control for the Nozzle temperature were adopted for the hot runner design. Under the fully automatic mode, the frequent operations by manpower aren' t needed so that the labor cost will be reduced.

The key parts of the moulds (Core, Cavity, neck mould) are made of the stainless steel imported from Germany and heat treated (HRC45), which was processed in the turning center in order to ensure the quality of the components so that they can be matched.
The preformance of cap moulds are stable and have good result, which can rival the products of the foreign counterparts.

The production capability of 32-cavity moulds can reach 270, 000 PCS per 24 hours.
