We have an national level testing center, testing facilities includes radial-fatigue-test machine, bending-fatigue test machine, X-ray machine, rim-leak test machine, on-line-runout-measuring machine, dynamic balance machine, raw material tensile test machine, etc.
In order to produce light weight, high strength tubeless wheel, we have installed the latest technology equipments from USA, such as CNC flow former, DC automatic butt welding line and laser assembly and welding line. We are capable of producing full range of tube type wheel, tubeless wheel, OTR wheel, totally more than 200 sizes wheels. The annual production capacity is 4 million sets.
