Furein Pallet established in 2003 and based in Dongguan, Southern China, is a leading plastic packaging manufacturer. At Furein Pallet, we specialize in the design and development of plastic pallets, plastic crates, corrugated plastic sheets and boxes, as well as other industrialized plastic products. We have our own production base with a factory that covers 100, 000 square meters in surface area. Our company has 36 advanced injection molding machines of 300 to 4000 tons, two blow molding machines and two plastic corrugated sheets production lines. With over 300 dedicated employees, Furein Pallet is committed to the design and production of plastic pallets for more than 15 years.
Our annual production capacity is approximately 5500 tons. As such, we can match and fulfill client′s orders with competence and in time. To satisfy the industry demands, we have about 300 plastic pallets and plastic crates specifications to meet logistics and warehousing demands. We use two main plastic processing methods to manufacture pallets, such as high pressure injection and extrusion blow molding. Our main products, most of which are manufactured from PP and virgin HDPE material include lightweight nestable plastic pallets, stackable plastic pallets, heavy duty plastic pallets, blow molding pallets, plastic crates and corrugated plastic boxes. Additionally, we design and manufacture low-cost recycled materials pallets which are usually used for one-way transportation.
All our products are verified for dynamic, static loads and 5 meters drop tests. We start mass production when the product prototypes are not deformed, cracked or having missing components. Our products meet global accepted standards and requirements. We make products that can be applied in the food, pharmaceutical, electronic appliances, car, logistics, and printing industries, we supply to clients within China and also export to over 10 countries.
