Tempered Glass

This is an advance production line capable of producing various kinds of flat and bending toughened glasses that are up to the standards ingeneral and the ultra-large and flat toughened glass in particular. The method of making the toughened glass is to heat the float glass inparticular. The method of making the toughened glass is to heat the float glass in particular. The method of making the toughened glasses to heat the float glass until it reaches the softening point, then to cool it with strong cold wind for realizing the balance between the contracting and extending stresses. This layer of balance lets the glass to withstand the strong stress from the outside.

Property
1 The intensity of the toughened glass is about 3-5 times of that of the ordinary glasses.
2. The broken piece of the toughened glass is of the state even and rounded grains. The glass is highly safe and causing much less damage to human being.
3. It can withstand a temperature change of 250 degrees.
