Guilin Fuda Group Ltd. (Fuda), one of Guangxi′s top 50 enterprises, is a hi-tech enterprise manufacturing and marketing auto spare parts, including engine crank shaft, clutch, transimission and low speed vehicles. The Group was founded in 2000, with its headquarters based in the Hi-tech Zone of Guilin City. Fuda has a registered capital amounted to 100 million RMB and its assets totals over 6, 800 million RMB. It has employed 2, 300 employees and 160 members of management staff and technicians.

The Fuda Group is composed of six companies and one research institute, including Guilin Fuda Spare Part Company Ltd., Guilin Fuda Crankshaft, Guilin Fuda Transmission Co., Ltd. Xiangfan Fuda Dongkang Crank shaft Company, Beijing Fuda Spare part Company, Wulin Fuda Vehicle Co., Ltd. Tsinghua Fuda Technology Development Institute of Auto System. These companies and institute have contributed to a complete production, marketing and research system of development, investment, spare part manufacturing, assembly, and a financing system.

Fuda Group is one of the enterprises which have maintained the most rapid growth for years in Guangxi. In 2005, the group was recognized as one of the 50 tops enterprises and honored as a Model Enterprises in Guangxi. The Group has a capacity of manufacturing 700, 000 crankshafts, 800, 000 sets of clutches, 150, 000 transmission and 10, 000 low speed vehicles. Fuda′s main products include crankshafts, cluthes, transmission and low speed vehicles. Its crankshafts and clutches have taken a prominent market share in China. The group has been awarded with honorary titles like Guangxi′s Hi-tech Enterprise and Model Enterprise of Guangxi′s Information Engineering Manufacture.

Over 40 auto and engine manufacturers have become Fuda′s clients, including Dongfeng Auto, Jiefang Auto, Chongqing Auto. Shaanxi Auto, Beijing Auto, Zhengzhou Nissan Auto, Great Wall Auto, Shanghai GM Wuling, Foton Auto, Yulin Diesel, Donfeng Cummins, Shanghai Diesel, Dongfeng Chaoyang(DCD), Dalian Diesel, Yunnei Power. The Group is a strategic partner supplier to Dongfeng Cummins, Yulin Diesel and Shanghai GM Wuling. Parts of Fuda′s products are exported to the US, Russia, Vietnam and Cube.
