Glue mixer machine maker here(more than 20years), our machine can making and sending the starch adhesive to your corrugated paperboard producing line full automatic. (auto minimize the three major factors: Curing temperature & Pressure & Time to affect the quality of glue; Finish glue′s four indicators)
The advantages of automatic glue mixer(No-Carrier method) machine are:
1. No-Carrier method / Carrier method can be changed freely for the needs of high performance production...
2. Multi-group formula can be set, you can set different formulations according to different seasons and different environments.

For different clients needs, we have two different glue processing technology:
"Carrier method" is to make the matured glue and raw glue separately first, then mix them in are certain proportion. (raw and cooked starch method)
"No-Carrier method" is to add all starches in one time, then add some stabilizer and bridging agent to the glue in order to control the viscosity and gelatinization temperature.
