We are also engaged in the R&D of the "BCNAP-I type roller CNC automatic production line.
Several R&D results in the National Industry Institute of Technology Exchange have been highly praised by the experts, which include the present domestic and international most advanced roller production line.
We have four special CNC automatic machining centers, CNC automatic spraying lines, three special manipulators with 5 degree of freedom, Siemens S7-300 electric station, on-site control and remote control functions. Aside from having 18 proprietary technology rights, we have also obtained three national patents and have declared 31 patents.
The main technical characteristics of our products include a high degree of automation, advanced technology, energy saving, environmental protection and CNC machining, with production efficiency of 20 times that of the conventional equipment. The patent spinning process and its production of roller, radial runout values, axial value, 1/2 to 1/3 resistance coefficients were MT821 - 2006 standard, can meet the relevant state departments of "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period.
