Q1: What's the guarantee of outdoor furniture?
A: All of our products can guarantee at least 2 years. While above the guarantee does not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications and unreasonable conditions or abusive use.

A: Always 20 sets per model, full containers per order, but sample order is acceptable.

A: T/T or L/C at sight.

A: It depends. Normally 10 days for sample and 30-45 days for bulk.
Q5: Could I take some samples from you? How about the sample charges?
A: Yes, samples are available. We always charge double for the samples, but we can return the extra charge when receiving bulk order after sample order.
