Henan Sansan Transformers Co. Ltd., merged and restructured on basis of Luohe Hongda Transformers Factory, is a high-tech joint-stock enterprise integrating transformer research & development, production and sales. Situated in Luohe City, the only inland special zone of China, it has over 350 employees including 2 management and science Doctors, 5 senior MBA managers, 10 engineers at medium or high level, 20 engineers and 91 various technicians. We have 420 units (sets) of main equipments such as 100-ton overhead crane, 900 kV impulse voltage generator, fully automatic George-modeled length & breadth cutting and vertical winding machine, large vacuum-changing drying pan, and 1000 KVA, 50Hz power unit etc.
As one supplier recommend by the State Economic and Trade Commission for the renovation project of "Two Grids, " we always regard quality as the lifeblood of enterprise development, and stay focused on quality management in strict accordance with the GB/T19001_2000 Quality System, GB/T24001_2004 Environmental Management System and GB/T28001_2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Overall process control is in place for production, fabrication, and inspection. Raw materials are purchased from suppliers stringently qualified through multiple parties. For key raw materials, we will send technical staff to the process sites carrying out on-spot supervision and control, and perform inspection with advanced instruments when they arrive at our factory, to ensure their quality. Technical standards are seriously followed during production process, reaching international advanced level.
Laying much stress on technical upgrade, exchange and cooperation at an international scale, we have held technical communication and cooperation with university and institutes like Sophia University from Japan, Wuhan University of Technology, Shenyang Transformer Research Institute, and Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute. Advanced technology and processes have been introduced from Japan, Germany and others, setting up production lines of international leading level and state-of-the-art testing facilities special for transformers.
Our main products include over 800 specifications of "Yuneng" and "Yi Sansan" branded 10kV, 35kV and 110kV series oil-immersed power transformers, amorphous metal transformers, pad-mounted transformers, pre-assembled transformers, dry transformers, and special smelting transformers. They are highly reputed both at home and abroad due to their reliable and stable quality as well as complete after-sales service.
