With pleasure we introduce our company as a leading casting foundry in Ningbo China manufacturing investment castings through Lost Wax Process and Sand Castings processes in ferrous & non-ferrous metals as per the customer′s drawings and material specifications. We can pour grey iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum and bronze material. Except that, we also engaged in die castings, stamping and fabrication parts business, all of these parts are sourced in our associated OEM factories.
Since we are giving foremost emphasis on ′quality′ our products have obtained a stable and prominent position in the market. Presently we are supplying our castings to North America and UK market. Most of our customers have found the quality of our castings as extremely satisfactory and as per their standards.
We have an exhaustive tool room and possess the capability of developing Dies and Tools within our premises. The production process of each and every piece is being monitored by qualified and experienced technical faculties to avoid any process errors and thereby ensure maximum quality. Dimensions are inspected with precision instruments and online chemical analysis is being carried out through Spectrometer.
