Hytems Manufacturing Shenzhen Co., Ltd., with a construction area of 20, 000 m2 and over 500 employees, is a design and manufacturing service provider on the basis of aircraft engine technology, specializing in the development, design and production of mechanical & electrical products and automated equipment. The annual revenue of the company exceeds RMB 90 million contributed by its clients consisting of domestic/worldwide famous communications equipment manufacturers, medical equipment manufacturers and aerospace corporations, etc. We produce and process for our clients a variety of components of aerospace machineries, medical devices, magnesium aluminium alloy of structural part of communication equipment, plastic parts, and also assembly special fixtures and special equipment. The products sell well in domestic and foreign markets.

We provide communication equipment manufacturers with the professional manufacturing services including product design, sample making and a small batch of production, batch manufacturing, precision machining, uniform fixture, metal moulds, and special equipment design and manufacture. At present, we provide radiators, shielding boxes, uniform fixtures, special medical devices, special equipment, processed parts and components of magnesium alloy and aluminium alloy (with or without surface processing).

Our professional design team, precious production and testing equipment, and specialized support by the product manager aim to satisfy the clients′ requirements of higher qualities, lower costs and shorter limited duration. The company has gained ISO-9001: 2008\GJB9001A-2001 system certification.

We are in the possession of modern standard workshops, currently consisting of the general plant in Guanlan and branch factory in Longhua. Effective applicable 15, 000M2 has been being used. Presently, we have 35 industrial advanced CNC machine tools, 1 NC punch, and 5 cutting machines. In addition, the product spraying workshop, product surface pre-processing lines and product assembly lines, as well as screen printer chambers, sanding rooms, radial drilling machines, universal rocker millings, grinders, NC lathes, NC millings, carboloy dioxide welders, argon shielded arc welders in welding workshops, and other serial complete production equipment, are prepared. Testing instruments: Three dimensional measuring room, universal tool microscope, TOYODA projector, optical sub-dial (British), deflection tester, salt-fog testing machine, HP-200 precision colorimeter, FISCHER thickness meter, EDX1800X spectrofluorometers, etc.
