ChangGe HongZhou Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. (the former ChangGe Lifan Hongyan Tricycle Co., Ltd. ) was founded in 2005, covers an area of 300 mu with 15 million m2 building area. Its registered capital is over RMB120 million, and the total investment reaches to RMB326 million. It′s located at the ChangGe Science and Technology Industrial Zone, where is by 107 national way and about 30 kms away from ZhengZhou airport. There are about 500 employees, over 30 technicians included. The annual production capacity is 250000 gasoline tricycle and 500000 electric ones. In 2010, our sub-factory is set up at Wusu, Xinkiang.

In 2006, it has passed CCC (China Compulsory Certification) and ISO9001: 2000 (the International Standard Quality Management System Certification), and in 2009 it passed the production admittance assessment by MIIT (the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology)and it was renamed as ChangGe Hong Zhou Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. Now it′s the 1st and sole one at Xuchang and 2ND one in Henan province which has its own ordinal number and production license of tricycles.

We invest RMB30 Million for the state-level R&D center, such as the chassis dynamometer and emission analysis system, data processing system, CVS system and three coordinates measuring instrument, 3D scanners, etc., which also makes our company qualified for design and development of three wheel motorcycle independently, also for experiment and detection of the key components and parts. HongZhou Brand and HongHongLie Brand are well-renowned ones domestically. And we have awarded many certificates such as High Quality Products in HeNan Province, Top Hundred Quality Management Enterprise in HeNan Province, the 11th Five-year Plan in automobile, along with its components and parts industry, the leading enterprise in Xuchang, etc.

Now we have sub-mentioned advanced technology and processing equipments, 4 assembly lines, 2 frame-weld production lines, 2 cargo box weld production lines, 2 pickling and phosphorization lines (electrophoresis included), 2 electrostatic spraying lines, 1 painting line, and more than 100 sets of production equipments for stamping, shearing, bending, welding and so on. In addition, the company owns 1 inspection room for components and parts, 1measuring power room for engine, 1 testing room for working conditions and some other kinds of testing instruments and equipments concerned. The company is a measurement qualified one in XuChang. The critical process related to manufacture, such as painting, is according to automobile technology standards. And with our advanced technology and research ability, higher quality is assured, together with the improvement of the production performance. The chief parts of the tricycles, such as cargo box and frame, are completely produced by us. All of the engines are Lifan brand, which is exemption from inspection.

In 2008 we got import and export rights, now our products have been sold to Angola, Panama, Nigeria, Sudan, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Uruguay, etc. Meanwhile we have at least 4-year export production experiences as the day of establishment of the company.
