Qian′an Shi Jintang Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2000, which is a private enterprise in iron smelting, iron pipe, and founding. Her total area is 800, 000 square meters, fixed assets are 540 million RMB, and she has 1, 500 employees. She consists of ironworks, cast pipe works and foundry, with an annual output of 300, 000 tons high quality cast iron; 100, 000 tons ductile iron pipe from DN80 to DN800mm,; 12, 000 tons of various castings. Her annual sales income is more than 1 billion RBM.
She is located in Qian′an City Hebei Province, which is famous for Iron. She active in the field of pig iron such as Q10, Q12, Q14, Q16 with stable quality, low content of trace elements. Pipe factory built cold Molding Pipe production lines, with annual output of 100, 000 tons ductile iron pipes DN80 ~ 800 × 6000mm. Take high-quality hot metal of our own as raw materials, blast furnace - intermediate frequency electric furnace double-linking technique, produce ductile iron pipes with stable quality and attractive appearance which are exported to the Middle East, Europe and the United States and other foreign markets.
There is one Z148E production line, one resin sand production line in the foundry. It adopts blast furnace - IF EAF abridged process casting technique, mainly produces automotive castings, valve castings, and machine tools, construction machinery casting, with stable quality, reasonable price, and have imported reading directly spectrometer. It is the principal foundry to supply castings for FAW, ASIMCO, Danfoss (China) and also can undertake all kinds of cast iron piece below 10 tons of weight.
