Tianjin General Insulating Material Factory

Tianjin General Insulating Material Factory is one of the key enterprises in electric engineering insulating trade of our country. This factory was established in 1950, evaluated as "Second-Class State Enterprise" in 1987 and merged into Tianjin key non-governmental enterprise, Tianjin Fuguang Group, from state-owned enterprise after reform in January 1999. Our factory is the first enterprise to research and produce polyester film and polyimide film on a tremendous management basis and technical strength, powerful product quality guarantee system and inspection measures. The main products include "Jin Peng Brand" polyimide film series products and polyester film products as well as "Tian Ming Brand" enamel covered wire.The polyimide products are the insulation material of high-grade insulation in the world now with very high heat-durability and heat-stability. Under temperature between -200 and +260 degrees centigrade, they have outstanding mechanical performance, electric insulation, radiation resistance, hard-volatility under vacuum, and corrosion resistance (other than alkali) and so on. They now have been widely applied in the fields of electronics, electrical appliances, energy and transportation, aerospace technology and national defense etc.

The polyimide films and their products of this factory are produced with the "Bidirectional stretch" process of special model equipment introduced from American BBS Company which are in the leading level in our country and all performances of the products are better than the similar products produced by other technical processes.These products have been introduced into the international market, and the "Jin Peng Brand" polyimide films and their products include: films, strips, polyimide films, tape F46, and polyimide films, hot-set pressure-sensitive tape etc.

The "Tian Ming Brand" enamelled wire lacquer with various grades produced by our factory is standardized product developed through practice and efforts for more than 40 years. The polyester lenticular wire lacquer 1731 was evaluated as the quality trustworthy premium products by National Machinery Ministry in 1980, and thepolyester round wire enameledl wire lacquers 1731 and 1730 evaluated as the premium products for malay times by Tianjin Municipality. The products manufactured by our factory include the following: polyurethane enamelled wire lacquer TJ1721, polyester round wire enamel wire lacquer TJ1730, polyester lenticular enamelled wire lacquer TJI731, heat resistant polyester enamelled wire lacquer TJ1764, polyimide enamelled wire lacquer TJ1752 and other enamelled wire lacquers with different viscosity. The "Jin Peng Brand" polyester films of the factory are produced with the equipment and technology introduced from Japan. The application scope of the products have exceeded the field of insulation materials and has expanded to package, printing, survey, certificate cards, building materials and so on, the series products exported to many countries and districts are commented and accepted by the merchants.
