In the development and production lf artificial stone, the company not only takes the strong points of natural stone materials in color and designs, but can also artificially concerve and design them. The designed color and patterns are comparable with and even transcend natural marbles and granites, What`s more, the artificial stone couldn`t have color and vine`s difference, hence avoiding the extreme limitation of natural stone materials in chromatic aberration. To produce reproducible compound stones, the company adopts the most advanced Italian technology--the vacuum vibration, pressurization and formation technology. The first step is the selection of crude stones. In the careful selection of standard crude stones, they are classified and categorized in terms of patterns, colors and sizes, and then based on different composition crude stones are crushed into gravels of various mesh with the stone crusher; Added with bond, stones become blocks after vacuum mixing, vibration and pressurization; Blocks are then cut into rough boards with gangsaws; And then formed into big slabs which are naturally flat, brilliance and splendid after callbrated and polished with callbration machines, and polishing line; Big slabs are sent into trimming machine to cut into standard size tiles; And after chamfers on four sides, they become standard specification, and finally finished products will be packed.
