Kaifeng Air Separation Group Company,Limited (KFAS) is a large,key and important enterprise in China for designing and manufacturing air separation plant(ASP),gas liquefaction plant and cold store equtpment,being Grade II National Enterprise and holding import & export licence.
KFAS takes an area of 480,000 square meters and has about 4300 employees including more than 500 engineers and technicians,equipped with 1200 sets of all kinds of machines and equipment including 81 sets of accurate, large and modern CNC machines such as CNC 5-axis milling machine and large vacuum brazing furnace, etc..
Our main products include large, medium and small size ASP; liquefaction plant; coke oven gas separation plant; petrochemical plant;liquid nitrogen wash plant, centrifugal and reciprocating O2 , N2 and air compressors used in ASP, gas expansion turbine; cryogenic liquid pump; cryogenic valve; various kinds of pressure vessels and tubular heat exchanger; different kinds of alumunum plate fin heat exchanger, metal prefabricated cold store, flat freezer and controlled atmosphere store, and waste water treatment equipment and other environmental protection equipment.
Founded in 1965, KFAS has supplied about 400 sets of ASP for metallurical, petrochemical, fertilizer, construction material and light industries etc. including 2 sets of large ASP for Baoshan and Anshan lron & Steel Co. which are cooperated with APC1, USA. Our products have been located at 29 provinces and cities in China and exported to Albania, lndonesia, lndia and the Philippines etc.
KFAS holds Design and Manufacture License for Class I , II & III Pressure Vessels, Special Qualification Certificate for Designing Environmental Protection Engineering, ASME Certificate and "U" Stamp, GB/T 19001-94 idt9001:94 Certificate, Class I National Measuring Dept.Certificate.ln recent years, KFAS has widely used computer in management, design and manufacturing.
KFAS not only supplies ASP but also supplies installation, modification and consultation for ASP, cold chain equipment and environmental protection equipment and also develops industrial gas business. We are willing to provide best service according to customer′s requirements.
