Yantai Sunnyhexing Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Sino-British joint venture (Chinese-controlled) with a registered capital of nearly 30 million yuan and some 180 employees. It is a technological environment equipment manufacturer integrating the design of environment expertise and the development, production, marketing and service of environment products. Piloted by the research and development of solid-liquid separation techniques, the company has developed a number of solid-liquid separation devices including series high-efficiency thickeners, DU series vacuum belt filters, DI series belt dehydrators, DI series belt vacuum filters, HVPF series automatic vertical plate-and-frame filter pressers, TC series porcelain vacuum filters, and several proprietary solid-liquid separation technologies. Our operation covers the engineering, equipment, manufacture, erection, commissioning and technical consultation in relation to solid-liquid separation involved in environmental protection, chemical and metallurgy.

The company is active in introducing and digesting leading technologies from abroad and maintains close cooperation with many universities and research institutions in and out of China, which has substantially enhanced our product R&D. The strong R&D capability and sufficient technical reserve have enabled us to meet all customer demand and our products to lead the industry. Our cooperation with Sunny Group, in particular, has LED to gigantic success in the promotion and application of vacuum belt dehydrators, the world-leading gypsum dewatering system for wet FGD, now serving the FGD applications in nearly 160 power plants across the globe.

Our new product, the high-efficiency thickener series based on the thickening technique of Sunny Group, is a combination of hydraulic- or electric-driven planetary gear box and pinion gearing, automatic rake lifting, efficient tangential feeding and automatic feed thinning. The control, defoaming and arrangement of our high-efficiency thickeners represent the world′s highest level. In terms of the size of the thickeners, the diameter is as much as 85m for the largest central drive thickeners and up to 100m for the peripheral drive thickeners. Our newly developed thickener, advantageous over its peers for the considerably improved thickening efficiency, greater processing capacity and high bottom flow concentration, is now widely used for the dehydration of metallic and nonmetallic ores and the solid-liquid separation of pulps involved in metallurgy, coal, chemical, tailing processing and environmental applications.

The company is conveniently situated in the beautiful seaside city Yantai, adjacent to Tongjiang-Sanya expressway, 20km from Yantai international airport and 7km from both Yantai railway station and Yantai port.
