Miluo Longzhou Aluminium Co., Ltd. is a tap enterprise specialized in making aluminium alloy billets in Miluo Industrial Park, Hunan, China. The company was registered and established in April 2006 with register capital of RMB 60 million.
The company imported high-tech enviornmental casting aluminium alloy equipment and technology from Almex USA Inc., and set up a 50kt/a recycling aluminium alloy billet production line, which can produce 6000 series, 7000series and 2000 series of diameter 152mm, 178mm, 254mm extrusion aluminium alloy billets. The technology will keep its advancement in the following 20-30 years. The whole production line has high level of automatic controll, low rate of metal burn-out and high rate of end products. Its Liquid Aluminium Refining Technology (LARS) and D. C Casting Tehnology have gained US patents. The patent numbers are Pat. No., 5, 846, 841 and Pat. No. 6, 491, 087 individually. Our products can be used in high-precision Industrial profile and special aluminium profile industries like aerospace, military, traffic, mechinary, electron etc.
We have invested RMB138 million to the project, 106 million of which is fixed capital and 32 million is liquid capital. The project covers an area of 1100 acres. The production area includs the office buliding, main plant area, material loadometer room, sorting room and finished product storeroom. The main equipment includes Melting Furnace, LARS System, Ceramic Foam Filter, D. C. Casting System, Homogenization Furnace, Metal Level Control System Calibrated.
