There are 420 employee and 96 professional and technical personnel including 5 advanced research designers, 46 primary and intermediate engineering technical personnel in the company. We have formed solid capacity of information management and new products development for the many years experience. And we have gained the twenty-two patents including the two patent of an invention and the twenty design patents. In the 2007, we cooperated with the University of Science and Technology of China and the Science and Technology academe of HeNan, establishing "the USTC and the Loufor stationery research and development base, which manufactured and developed the SBNR new kind rubber material and the processing technique in manufacturing the new rubbers in the more range such as pen-eraser, get-link pen-eraser, ball-point pen-eraser and so on, inventing the new multifunction machine with air-powered, cutting and printing.
