Character: It is colorless or white odorless little flakes or crystalling powder. Relative density is 1.335. Melting point is 132.7 (decompose). It is souble in the water, ethanol and benzene, almost insoluble in aether and chloroform.
Usage: It used as yeast food and gum confection improver. It also can be used in ethanol drinks, glutin products, wines and yeast fermented backing products.
Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from water and moisture during transport. Unload with care as to avoid damage to bags. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
