It is founded by the institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Z-COM Wireless Co., Ltd. And Nanjing industrial innowation Center of loT & IC Design Co., Ltd. Its initial registered captital is RMB 20 million.

The company has a team of senior engineers and experts on the technologies of wireless communication, digital video, sensor signal acquisition and wireless broadband communication system and the industry application combined of carriergrade Wi-Fi, RFID, 433M, ZigBee, etc. The following products will be launched soon for indoor & outdoor broadband wireless coverage and remote connectivity, wireless networking for industrial equipments, and data transmission, acquisition, monitoring, and so on.
