Its annual production capacity is 200000m. It can satisfy the requirements of all well depth, all adhesion and mucilaginous oil thermal of horizontal well. Vacuum Insulation Tubing is manufactured according to the standard strictly, thermal conductivity tested by steady-state method and monitored by computer. We have complete testing ways of whole tension load, resistance of internal pressure, resistance of external pressure and flatness. We test coupling thread by using importing thread testing apparatus, which has high precision. It has gotten the certificate of industrial product using international standard from Shandong technical supervisory bureau in October 1998. Anti-hydrogenous thermal Insulation tubing has acquired trading silver medal in the fifth SINOPEC scientific technical tribune.
The Vacuum Insulation Tubing manufactured by our company applies to such operating condition as the temperature of head carrier is not over 350 degree centigrade.
