We have set are standards above our competition and started on a higher platform. We have taken the strong points from our competition and placed them in our company layout, equipment and human sources. Which makes our plant a more pleasant and spacious environment. Which highly improve production logistic and working efficiency here at Pilotdoer.
The equipment that we have here at Pilotdoer is as follows. We have 12 sets of Low Pressure Casting Machines (AL-13-13SR) from Kurtz Germany; 15 sets of CNC Lathe and CNC Machining Center from Femco USA; Heat-Treatment and painting line that are designed and built by China′s first-class engineering company; 3-Type-Testing Machines made by Tianjin Jiu′rong Wheel-tech Company.
In the aspect of employees, we employed experienced and excellent managers, directors and operators among wheel manufacturing-field.
The R&D division, promise to take 30 days to paint or 35 days to chrome plate, a sample wheel and deliver it to you from the date the drawings have been confirmed.
On a final note, we started on a higher running platform. Next step, we will adopt "5S" management system, ISO/TS 16949 Q. C system to improve our management and products.
