CGR introduced the latest international manufacturing technology and purchased advanced equipment to establish eight production lines for certain products, such as PVC, PVG, steel cord conveyor belts and multi-ply type conveyor belt; CGR has also obtained the latest cutting edge manufacturing technology, and we are able to produce many types of conveyor belts with annual production 8 million square meters, including fire resistant conveyor belts, oil resistant conveyor belts and heat resistant conveyor belts, etc.
Major products are categorized into three series: Steel cord conveyor belt (general standard conveyor belt, anti-tear conveyor belt), ply type conveyor belt (EP belt, NN belt, CC belt), and solid woven conveyor belt (PVC belt, PVG belt), and we won 12 proprietary technology with PVC, PVG, and steel cord conveyor belt products.
We are strictly in accordance with the national standard MT668-2008, MT914-2008, GB/T7984-2001 and international standard AS1332, DIN22102, SANS1173, BS490, JISK6322 and RMA-I & RMA-II to produce the conveyor belts.
CGR assessed and certified the OHS certificate, ISO9001: 2000 by the International Standard Organization in 2004, ISO9001: 2008 was granted successfully in 2009, and BV Certificate in 2014.
