1. What is the most important thing in the whole manufacturing process?
Temperature. Different material need different temperature.
2. Are there any different from the Horizontal Water-cooled Plastic Rope Machine and Vertical Air-cooled Plastic Rope Machine?
The finished goods made by Horizontal Water-cooled type are single-layer, and The finished goods made by Vertical Air-cooled type are double-layer. The output of the Horizontal Water-cooled type are higher than Vertical Air-cooled type.
3. How many workers does the machine need?
Only one . but we suggest you arrange two workers at first month. When you operate the machine skillfully , only one worker is enough.
4. How many kinds of rope does the machine made?
Flat rope , twisted rope, net rope , round rope and so on. According the requires of the customer, we can provide the different machines, even the whole line, to make the different ropes.
