Numens has a total land area of about 50 mu for factory buildings. The total construction area of Phase I project is about 7, 500 square meters, including 3, 800 square meters of production workshop constructed as planned, 1, 000 square meters of raw and auxiliary materials warehouse, 1, 000 square meters of finished products warehouse, 900 square meters of office building, and 800 square meters of other buildings (including some utility and auxiliary facilities). The building basement covers an area of 10, 000 square meters; The green coverage ratio in the construction area is 16.6%; The office building accounts for 12% of the total land area; The comprehensive utilization rate of in-plant land is 93.9% and the rest is reserved for Phases II and III.
