Weighing Hood

Negative pressure weighing hood is a kind of partial purification equipment, mainly used in pharmaceutical, microbial research, scientific experiment and other places. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow, part of clean air circulate in the working area, part of air discharge to the nearby area. So it can enable the work area to form negative pressure, to avoid cross contamination, ensure the work area in the high clean sterile environment.
Negative pressure weighing hood is a kind of special work area for sampling, weighing, analysis industry. It can control the dust of work area indiffusion to the outside, protect the work person don't inhalation the materials. It is a kind of controlling dust's cleaning equipment.
This equipment adopts the vertical unidirectional airflow. Return air first filter to dispose the large granular dust by pre-filtered. Then filter again by medium efficiency filter, in order to protect high efficient filter. Last under the pressure provided by centrifugal, though the high efficient filter, meet the clean requirement. The clean air is send to blowing box. In which 90% send to wind sheet by average speed, then forming uniform vertical airflow, 10% discharge to the outside by air regulating plate.
You can weigh or package the dust and reagent in this device, can avoid dust and reagent spillover or rising. So it avoids the risk for human inhalation the dust and reagent, and also can avoid the dust and reagent's cross contamination. It can protect the security of environment and inner personnel.
