The company has developed 8 series including cast steel shot, cast steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot, stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminium shot, zinc shot, copper shot, 80 kinds of abrasive products.
Our product range is big, covering from traditional Pressure feed sandblaster, Suction feed sandblaster to Automatic blasters, from Portable sand blaster, sand blast cabinet, Sandblast room to Dust-free sandblasting system. All these tools can be well used for the pretreatment of electroplating/painting /coating/oxidization industry etc., removing the metal oxide/charcoal black/rusts on metal or non-metal surface, matte surface processing of mould/mould cleaning, eliminating superficial injuries of metal/non-metal items, etching patterns processing, removing tiny burrs of machinery/plastic injection parts, sandblasting jeans for white and cat′s whisker effect, etc.
We are strong in technical force and advanced equipments, we have passed ISO9001-2000 international quality management system certification. We could produce high strength, long durability cast steel shot, cast steel grit through double quenching, tempering, screening and so on. The quality of products has met SAE standard. The company could produce 150, 000 tons metal abrasives per year. Our products are exported to more than 15 countries and regions around the world, and have got good comments from domestic and abroad users of foundry plant, forging plant, heat treatment plant, steel structure plant, container manufacturer, shipyard, auto and locomotive manufacturer and stone industries.
