Dongguan Win Shine Electronic Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company by and between Strong Shine Limited with Guangdong Winnerway Holdings. We mainly manufacture full range of high quality aluminum electrolytic capacitors.

The company is established in 1995, 6.16 million US dollars capital, total area 10000 square meters, 200 staff total，QC and R&D staff more than 25, production capacities 45000 kpcs. every month.

Advanced automatic capacitors producing lines are employed in our company, including stitching & winding machine, assembling machine, aging & sorting machine etc.. Capacitors are manufactured with fist grade raw materials (aluminum foils, paper & chemical) from Japan & Germany. We also have set up a stringent quality control department, each processes of the production are strictly examined.

We obtained the ISO9002 & IECQ Quality System Certificate in 1998. Now, our DECON brand capacitors have been approved and used in some famous foreign electrical appliance companies, our customers spread in not only mainland China but also Southeastern Asia & Europe and America.
