Tian Shui XD Great Wall Electrical Alloy Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Tian Shui XD) is a company that working on the specialized production of electrical alloy material. We mainly focus on the production and research of electrical alloy contact products, refractory metals products and power metallurgy products and materials with wear-resistance, heat-resistance, and corrosion resistance properties, which are widely used in circuit breakers field of power transmission and aerospace industry.
Tian Shui XD is a contacts making factory invested by the First Machinery Industry Department, its predecessor is Tian Shui Great Wall Electrical equipment factory. Our company has engaged in the professional production of electrical contacts since the factory set up in 1968, among these products, we have made high-voltage switch contacts for forty years, leading the development of tungsten based high-voltage in the research of new products and process improvement.
The registered capital of Tian Shui XD are one hundred million, covers an area of 99.58 acres, among which twenty thousand and five hundred are production area. With total assets of 183 million and production capacity of 900 tons electrical contacts per year. Now we have 361 staffs.
Our three main products are silver-based contacts, copper base self-supporting contacts and spring contacts of 19 varieties and over one thousand specifications. As the main products, electrical contacts have reached and exceeded the requirement of GB8320, in which 110KV-1100KV contact products reached the international advanced level. Our products have exported to foreign countries like America, Russia, Japan and India, have gained more and more popularity and reputation.
Our products have passed the trial of KEMA, Japan′s Hitachi division of the field test station, Italian electrotechnics experiment research center and repeatedly passed the test of high voltage electric test center in China according to the standard of IEC between 110kv-1100kv. Our company has successively passed the identification of three systems and safety standardization certification on ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environment management, OHSAS18001 occupational health security management. Our company is the unit of Electrician Alloy Branch Council of China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association and drafting committee of national electrical alloy contacts of GB/T8320.
