Relying on Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research Group (NIN), our biggest shareholder, XSM possess strong technology superiority and rich management experience.
In the end of 2009, the Company has over 200 employees. Over 60% of employees are the technology staffs.
Up to now, there are over RMB 54 million assets and over 148 sets of instruments and equipments in XSM, Its consolidated income approached to RMB 65 million in 2009. XSM has annual production ability of 500 ton materials.
First established, XSM is one of the professional company that can R&D and produce Ni-Ti shape memory alloy(SMA)and titanium alloy bars and wires in China.
At present, XSM are concentrated in four areas which are titanium-nickel shape memory alloy materials and products, medical titanium alloy materials, machining parts of titanium alloys, titanium crafts. In addition to these, we can supply the high quality titanium alloy plate, wire, bar, ring, disc production.
Products are exported to international market, such as, America, Russia and Japan, widely used in aviation, aerospace, medical industry, Glasses Manufacture, traffic, petrochemical industry and automotive industry.
XSM acquired the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality System Certificate.
Many special Licenses and Certificates for manufacturing and operation such as Manufacturing License for Titanium Products etc.
Since established, the company has successively undertaken many technical R&D projects and engineering research projects, which was given by National Technical department, Shanxi Province and Xi′an Municipal government.
