Product description Insulation and sheath of this type product is made of the non-halogen polyolefin mixture. Its thermal stability is better than Polyvinyl-chloride (PVC), therefore long lasting operating temperature of the conductor may reach 90oC~105oC. At present, the heat resistant rank of electrical related connector in domestic civil construction is relative lag; Therefore it is not recommended that we take current carrying capacity at 105oC into considerations while choosing civil construction cable. If the conditions permit, the product is utilized according to current carrying capacity at 105oC in low voltage electrical equipment.
Physical and chemical characteristics Generally, the service temperature of our electric wires & cables for civil buildings is below 90oC. Therefore, the thermo senescence rate of insulation and sheath is obviously lower than the PVC insulated wire/cable. Our electric wires & cables possess longer service life, more reliability and security comparing with other general PVC insulated wire/cable.
Application Since insulation and sheath of this type product is made of the non-halogen polyolefin mixture, this kind of product is environmental friendly and has the good flame resistant as well.
