Product Description
1. Name: Regenerative Parallel vertical lime kiln

3.Structure & calcination method
3.1 The cross section of the lime kiln consists of 2 semicircular chambers which is connected through the connection channel below the calcination zone.
3.2 The fuel is supplied through the spray guns which are installed in the kiln chambers, moving and burning in parallel flow with the limestones.
3.3 One kiln chamber is burning, and the other is regenerative. The two kiln chambers alternate continuously to realize limestones' high efficient calcination.
3.4 The flue gas with high temperature is led to the regenerative kiln chamber. In addition, the cooling air of the lime is blown from the bottom of the cooling zone. Then it realizes the mixing flow with the heating flue gas in the regenerative kiln chamber.
3.5 All of the flue gasrealizes countercurrent flow with the limestones to preheat the materials effectively, then ejected through the dust removal system to the atmosphere. The temperature of the flue gas drops to 120 ºC or so.
3.6 The limestones are put into the two kiln chambers alternately at regular intervals, and distributed in the same time. Also there are material level indicators equipped.
3.7 It's positive pressure in the kiln chamber, 20~25KPa or so.
3.8 The temperature of the flue gas drops to 120 ºC or so.

·It could realize steady and uniform calcination through the control of fuel amount in the spray guns.
